So day 2 of my experiment! Yesterday I worked Back/Tris, then literally watched TV/read a book/laid down and relaxed all day with Bryon. So other than lifting no activity whatsoever. I burned 1975 calories! Sweet!! A lot less than my 2600 the other day but that 2600 day was a non-stop on my feet day too. The biggest spike of calorie burn was my lifting and then a couple hours after lifting. I just got back from Leg day.. I’m eager to see if there’s a bigger calorie burn like they say! Oh, and for those of you wondering- I burn 450-500 calories just sleeping.
I have a new protein shake recipe for you all! A Gingerbread Pumpkin Protein Shake:
sorry for the hideous photo- My camera doesn't do good at night!
