Day 2 – Week 2 – 5 kilos in 5 weeks

Yesterday was pretty shit.

My ankle is worse than I expected so no impact exercise.

Diet was ok.

Breakfast: Banana

Lunch: Chicken and veg

snack: protein shake

dinner: tuna wrap & 2 squares of dark chocolate
