Susan Yara had a wonderful article on “the self-sabotage workout plan”. If I had a dime for every time I’ve seen this “system” put to use, I’d give Trump a run for his dollar.

In a nutshell, this is the workout strategy that goes something like this:

“Honey, I’m going to make a quick stop by the gym and catch a bit of a workout…you know, get a burn. I’ll be back in an hour for dinner.”
