Cure Symptoms of Stress with Indian Valerian

Ind val Indian Valerian is not a new name to the traditional practitioners and users of herbal medicine. An Indian perennial, herbaceous plant, Valerian root is used in many ancient medicines to promote restful sleep and to reduce pain. Chronic insomnia, irrespective of the cause, is most effectively treated with this simple looking plant without any bothersome side effects. The natural compounds occurring in Valerian roots have sedative properties and promotes sleep in people with sleep disturbance. Moreover, it does not have any side effects commonly associated with the narcotic drugs.
