These are so easy to make, I whisked together 4 eggs, herbs and spices. In the cups I put some sliced mushroom and pepper then poured the egg mix on top. Baked them for about 20 minutes (my oven is poop!) and let then cool. Perfect for snacks or.............|
Breakfast! I took two to work for and after Bikram protein packed breakfast, I also had 2 oat cakes with almond butter.
I snacked on some carrot sticks and hummus mid morning
For lunch I had the same as yesterday it was just so good I had too!
There was also some soy yogurt action with cinnamon and tahini in the afternoon before my drive home.
Tonight's dinner was more chicken! I boiled a chicken the other day and striped the meat off so I need to eat it before it goes off! So I had steamed veggies, chicken and a kind of guacamole side thing I mashed up which was delicious!
I will be going to the gym tomorrow morning, training a couple of clients in the morning then tattoo time!!!!! Have a fabulous Wednesday peeps I plan too : )
