4 chicken breasts1/4 cup bread crumbs1/2 tsp garlic salt1/4 cup fresh parsley1/4 cup parmesan cheese3 T butter
Preheat oven to 375. Melt butter. Combine bread crumbs, parmesan, parsley and garlic salt in a food processor and pulse until finely ground. Dip chicken into butter and then into bread crumb mixture and place in a casserole dish. Drizzle remaining butter over chicken. Bake for 30-35 minutes. I ended with 3 minutes under the broiler to get the top nice and crispy.
