I have had the worst cravings for ice cream and friend chicken. Yes both. But not necessarily together. These cravings were only worsened by the outrageous number of food blogs posting about both in the last couple days.
Then I had a real brekkie of an Aidells Roasted Red Pepper and Corn Chicken Sausage with fat free sharp cheddar n a 100-calorie English muffin. I also enjoyed a Berry Hemp Shake. Yummmmmmm.
I forgot to take a picture of my snack but it was another egg white salad wrap.
I brought my lunch but had a group of students and friends who came to school to help judge our camp debate tournament. So instead of eating what I brought, I went out for lunch. We did sushi again... and I got a chicken thigh.
Craving Number One... CHECK
During our next break, everyone wanted ice cream. I was a bad bad girl. Instead of getting a single kid scoop of a low fat or fat free treat, I got TWO kids scoops of full fat ice cream. Birthday Cake and Peppermint. I couldn't decide!
Luckily, my craving number two was satisfied. My lovely new coworker talked me down from seconds. He was right... I didn't really need more.
The nice thing about not eating my lunch was that I didn't have to make dinner! I had boiled chicken breast tenders that had been marinading in Frank's hot sauce all day.
Along with strawberries that had been chilling in Truvia all day. Super sweetness for what were slightly ripened strawberries originally.
And another veggie roll I had again bought for lunch and again was too full to eat (I think I just subliminally bought it for dinner!)
Finally, I had a mint chocolate Vitatop.
Not my favorite end to the evening but I am working with Vitalicious to figure out whether I have to pay for shipping for a replacement since this first batch had a production issue. They want me to pay for the $13 for shipping for their mistake! I will update you further when corporate calls me back.
