I’m back again with another crab recipe for you all and I think this might be the best one yet. As a crab lover I adore coming home to an endless supply of the “expensive” jumbo lump crab meat, something I rarely purchase at school. So I took it upon myself to prepare and eat as much crab as I possibly can during my short visit home.

Crab Stuffed Salmon

Ingredients:

1 lb Jumbo Lump Crab Meat

1 Lemon juice and zest

1/4 c parsley

3 garlic cloves

2.5 Lbs Salmon

Directions: Combine ingredients in a large bowl except the salmon. Divide salmon into 6 portions and cut a slice down the center making room for stuffing. Fill each fillet of salmon with crab filling about 1/2 c each. Place stuffed salmon into a baking dish and bake @ 400 degrees for 18-20 minutes until cooked through!  Serves 6

Gather your ingredients :)

Combine crab, lemon, garlic and parsley.

Slice the salmon

and stuff with crab mixture.

Pop into a preheated 400 degree oven for 18 minutes.

Pour some wine

and enjoy this fabulous dinner. I’m in heaven :)

I gotta run, David and Dutch are decorating our gingerbread house and i’m nervous.

I’ll be back later with our finished product as well as all the fabulous meals I have eaten today! Enjoy your evening.
