It was cloudy and cool here today, which ended up being the perfect weather for an outdoor run. You can read about the workout here. I ended up running 6 miles and the boyfriend ran 14 miles. His marathon training has officially resumed.
We headed over to his parents house afterwards to shower, eat dinner, and hang out for a bit.
We just got back and I was absolutely starving. Even though I had already eaten dinner, it felt as though I hadn't eaten all day.
I whipped up a 100 calorie English Muffin with two scrambled eggs.
It was delicious. I don't know why I was so hungry. The run must have really took a lot out of me.
I am trying to get my week organized tonight. I have a bunch of coupons to go through, meals to plan, and finish ironing out my workout schedule for the week.
I have been trying to do a better job at keeping track of coupons. I have not really kept up with it in the past, to be honest I don't even know how to organize them properly. I always end up losing them and can never find them when I am ready to do my shopping. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
How do you keep track of coupons? Do you have a book you organize them in or a filing system of some kind?
I took a bunch of Women's and Men's Health magazines from my boyfriend's parents house. I am going to try to go through them tonight and find some yummy recipes to create!
