Health knowledge made personal
 i then got mango juice.. with rum  after that we went into the water and had a few imperials  thats some of us out in the water hating life then we all pilled (literally) into the car and headed to a waterfall     we also saw some monkeys
 it was amazing. the next day we headed to a little surf town where we had lunch and went surfing. i was by no means good, but i did get up a couple of times and it was awesome! i forgot to bring my camera so i don't have pictures, but i am pretty sure we are going back tuesday, so i will be sure to take some then. we were gone for a full 8 hours so when we got back to the house the rest of the crew was ready to roll. we quickly showered and put on our UNC best and headed "downtown". the first stop was a little beach club to watch the sunset     then we headed to the bar to watch the game  wooooooooooo hooooooooooooo. 'HEELS WON IT!! today on the agenda is a sunset booze cruise from 2 - 7 where we will also be snorkleing. for the first time in a while, life is good today. |

the first full day i went on a run, i forgot to bring my camera, but it was awesome. i saw monkeys and tropical birds everywhere! once i got back i showered up and we headed to this little restaurant on the beach and had breakfast. i shared a "typical" costa rican breakfast and fruit plate with tony
