I’m a fan of core workouts. I definitely do them more than any other workout, aside from running, but that’s a given! Here is my latest, which was pretty rough great. Once I got to 50 reps (the peak of the pyramid) and realized I still had to go back down, I was toast. But I kept going. SORE ABS!!
To sum it up, as it says in the picture, start with 10 reps of each of the 4 exercises (crunches, mt. climbers, russian twists, and plank (in seconds)). Then rest for about 10 seconds. Repeat at 20 reps, rest for 10-20 seconds. Repeat at 30 reps, rest for 10-30 seconds. Repeat for 40, 50, 40, 30, 20 and 10 reps. It’s GOOOOOD!

Do you hunt? I don’t. Definitely not my style. But my man does. Yesterday he shot a buck, a 4 point. My boys were pretty stinkin’ excited about it. I would be more excited except for the fact that hunting season continues on. He still has an elk tag to fill. Congrats to my man!
