Directions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place cleaned and halved peppers in large baking dish and set aside. This recipe makes 12 halves so I usually make a big pan and a small pan. In a large skillet, brown the beef and sausage. Cook through. Mix in tomatoes, sauce, oregano, salt and pepper. Spoon sauce into pepper halves until heaping. Top evenly with mozz & parmesan. Bake loosely covered with foil approximately 30 minutes, then uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes. Let sit about 5 minutes. Enjoy!!
