Comforting Campbell’s

You’ll have to forgive me if my lethargy is apparent in this post, but I’m crashing hard right now. Four hours of sleep, all work, and no play makes Chelsea a dull girl.

My food for the afternoon wasn’t dull at all though. In the afternoon I had one of these fortifying and satisfying bad boys:


Since I was running on little sleep, two bags of Yerbe Mate to keep me going:

Work was fun, but a little on the draining side. When I got home and checked my email, I received the good news that my blog was approved by the fine folks over at Foodbuzz ! The colorful avatar should be up soon!

For dinner, I was craving something warm and delicious. Primarily for two reasons:

1) Lunch was (for the most part) a freezing disgusting mess.

2) It was chillier today!

So I made a Grilled Ham and Provolone Cheese Sandwich on Ezekiel Sprouted 7 Grain Bread, Side Salad (Tomatoes, Sweet Bell Pepper, Balsamic Fig Vinaigrette), and a delightful cup of Campbell’s Tomato Soup (with a splash of skim milk for a little extra creaminess):

Of course, to counterpoint the temperature of dinner, I had a Skinny Cow French Vanilla Truffle bar for dessert: Stripey! And now, I shall do some gentle yoga stretches (have a run planned tomorrow), and go straight to bed.
