Clean and chop your green (we always have to have a green)
Place all into a large bowl. And toss with the beet hummus . Again use as much of the hummus as you would like.
Garnish with some sea salt.
We like mixing our kelp noodles with some green and zucchini pasta because it helps make meal bigger and provide the dish with more texture
