Colon Cleanse Drink
2 cups of water
1-2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Mix the above ingredients until well blended. Chill and drink. For variation, swap out the apple cider vinegar for 2 tbsp of lemon juice, which also serves as an effective colon cleansing beverage.
