Hi Bloggies! How's Monday been for you? For those of you who set your clocks ahead, are you feeling any negative effects after losing your hour of sleep? We don't do the clock thing in Arizona. So half the year (now) we are the same as Pacific Time Zone, and half the year we are the same as Mountain Time Zone. Since I've only lived here 6 months and frankly can't wait to get back to California as soon as possible, and hopefully I won't be here for the clock change in the fall! This morning I went to a hot power yoga class and got my yoga groove on, came home, and have been busy with life stuff like returning accountant's phone calls, paying bills, and most importantly, being a Mom! So, Moving onto some weekend Target Finds... Dr Bronner's Soap was $1.04 per bar. Score! I happened to go to a health food & supplements store right after leaving Target and saw this soap for $3.99 per bar. I felt like such a Smart Shopper scoring it for a buck each! Did I hear my name on the Price is Right, Averie C'Mon Down, You're the Next Savvy Suburban Soap Buyer on the Price is Right! haha!
Vegan, smells awesome. I wonder if it will work on my face without causing breakouts?
Lately, as I mentioned in This Post , I've been using this Aveeno bar for $2.87 and have not had any breakouts whatsoever! Usually the word Moisturizing would Freak Me Outbecause I'd fear breakout city, but not at all. The oatmeal in the bar seems to be doing great with my mush.
Thanks Again to Reader Michelle who tipped my off about Aveeno's Bar Soaps. So I restocked on the Aveeno at Tar-jay.
Also in This Post I found this fair trade organic Ethiopian coffee which has been nice, and I've enjoyed it... ...But, I was on Gmail Buzzwhich I really don't even fully understand and I am an extremely causal user, i.e. I almost never check it, but I noticed a conversation between K's Good Eats and Julie Go Lean that the Smores Coffee Rocks. So I snagged a bag and OMG yes, it is so good. I swear to God it felt like I was drinking smores! And I added a little So Delicious Coconut Milk Vanilla Creamer and chugged 2 huge cups sipped my Smores in a Cup.
It's probably not the greatest of coffees from an organic, healthy perspective. But it's coffee. It's not supposed to cure cancer or make me enlightened.And it makes the house smell like Girl Scouts 'round the campfire and I love that! Soon, I'll crack open the Caramel Coffee!

1 Tsp Salt (sea salt is preferred but any will work) 1 Tbsp Agave or Honey (this is optional but the slow-releasing carbs in agave are excellent for replenishing. Or use 1-2 Medjool dates but you will have to run it through your blender or Vita first. Or, use stevia to sweeten it. Or use none of the above and don't add any sweetener at all, your choice)
The Flavoring Elements: Pick One or a Combination 2 Tbsp Lemon, Lime, or Orange Juice For an Energizing Replenishing Sports Drink, Steep 1 bag of your Favorite Tea in the mixture Add Vanilla Extract or Vanilla Stevia Dropsfor Vanilla Coconut Water Sports Drink Add Coffee or Hazelnut Extract Add a Pinch of Ginger for an Anti-Inflammatory Sports Drink.
