Tomorrow I'll be on the road as I head to Palm Desert in Southern California for two weeks. Don't worryI'll still be blogging! I'm hoping for warmer weather since it's been cool and rainy here in San Luis Obispo County for the past several weeks.
Today I worked on cleaning out the fridge. I used the rest of the eggs in a scramble. I added some red bell pepper and goat cheese to the mix with some toast and jam on the side. Couldn't help but have a few pieces of chocolate with my teatoo. Tonight the hubby and I are having dinner with some friends and then we'll hit the road tomorrow bright and early. I made some pita sandwiches with the last of the hummus for the road. Maybe I should slip some chocolate into my lunch bag too?
