After a weekend of not-so-hot eating choices, I like to jump right back into my normal healthy habits as if none of that shenanigans ever happened.

Because I know myself pretty well and if I’m not extremely careful one day of indulgence turns into two weeks.

If only I were joking…

So the goal for today was to clean up my eats and clean out my insides… and get back to “normal.” <take that however you may wish.

Nothing different here: amazing oatmeal for breakfast and a huge salad for lunch.

This salad REALLY hit the spot in a big, big way. Somehow it was just what I wanted without even realizing it.

Before leaving for work a Green Monster and one Hershey Kiss cookie was munched on. The cookies were actually a surprise for The Huz. He definitely approved.

I did approve some take-out pizza for dinner because I really wasn’t feeling up to sitting around at The Ramen Shop tonight. After a rough weekend all I wanted was a quiet night at home and that’s exactly what I ended up with.

Mission clean up and clean out will continue tomorrow.
