Clean 9 - Day 1

Today, I started a new detox/diet program recommended by my osteopath (the genius who works on my back). It's called Forever Clean 9. Here's the breakdown of the first nine days:

Days 1 and 2: I take supplements of bee pollen, aloe vera, and garcinia throughout the day. Garcinia is basically an ephedra-free appetite suppressant, made from the rind of a fruit. I drink a protein shake for lunch.

Days 3 - 9: Same as above, but at dinner time, I eat a 600-calorie meal. The program has a follow-up 30-day program that teaches you to add in healthy meals and make good food choices (I figure I have that covered, but it's nice to get a jump-start with the detox program).

I'm already mostly through the first day, and I feel pretty good. I'm sort of hungry, but I think the Garcinia is working to suppress my appetite. I really liked the vanilla shake for lunch. It was creamy and filling.
