Christmas Christmas Time Is Here – Gift Guide

Posted Nov 30 2011 10:31am

I know tonnes of these gift guides have been floating around the blog world.  So instead of listing ideas that any healthy friend might want, I’m specifically making a gift guide of things that I would want.  Oh and I hope you don’t mind but I’ve thrown in a few beauty items at the end too.

So let’s call this:

Life After Bagels: Food, Fitness, and FUN Gift Guide

  • Non-stick frying pan – oooohhhh look this one’s green!

  • Tofu Press – I know kind of boring but the whole wrapping my tofu in a dish towel and doing a balancing act with my textbooks is enough to make me just order pizza ;)

  • Medium sized pot with a lid - yeah more kitchenware … there was an incident with me being on the phone, and lentils being done, but me not noticing them … now we are down one pot and one lid

  • iTunes gift card – for the many many hours I’m going to be spending on the stationary bike this winter

  • Foam Roller - Brad’s going to be angry I’m asking for this, he says we don’t have room and I should just use the one at the gym.  But I don’t know how to use it and I want to watch youtube videos and roll around like a fool in the privacy of my own home dammit!

  • Any style of Lululemon pants or shorts – in size 2 please :) .  Okay let’s be honest I’ll take any form of workout clothes but I would especially like some pants or shorts.

  • Sephora by OPI Flurry Up Top Coat – I have this top coat in gold and it’s SO FUN, plus it makes my nail polish last way longer than regular top coat.

  • Makeup Forever Rouge Artist Intense Lipstick - In colours – 8, 43, 22, 32, 10 … okay I’ll just stop there because it’s not even so much about the colours.  The texture is so great, and I never have to use lip liner with them.

  • Rene Furterer Complex 5 – my FAVOURITE BEAUTY PRODUCT of all time.  In fact I went on the Sephora website and couldn’t find it just now and am almost having a panic attack.  But the brand is also sold in salons.  It’s a hair and scalp product that revitalizes and exfoliates the scalp.  I had significant hair re-growth when I first started using this product more than 3 years ago.  I can’t say enough good things about it!

Et voila – the gift guide is complete!  Are any of these items on your wish list?  Any super fun items on your list?  If you did a gift guide go ahead and link it in the comment section.
