The KIDS Network is requesting nominations for the 2006 Child Friendly Awards scheduled for April 11th. Please take a moment to think about individuals or groups you know, either at work or personally, that would make a great candidate for these awards. This is an opportunity for you to share with us someone we can thank and honor for what they do for children inSanta BarbaraCounty. Your nominations will allow the Network to recognize valuable individuals and groups in our county, and encourage them to continue their important work.
Awards are available in two categories:
> Child Friendly(an individual or a group) Download nom_form_cfa.doc - nominees must have done the service primarily as a volunteer; and
> Service to Family(individual) Download nom_form_stf.doc - nominees who serve children, youth and families as part of their employment or profession.
