Yesterday I tried a new recipe what I havent done before and I would love to share it with you.
Its simply Delicious! Low on calories and it includes everything healthy. You can get all necessary daily ingredients from one meal.
Chicken Stew in Yogurt-Vegetable Sauce
*Chicken fillet *5dl Plain/Natural Yogurt *1ts Chilli Powder *1ts Salt(optional: add also 1ts Sugar) *2 Garlic *1,5ts Olive Oil *2 Sweet Peppers *1 Leek *1 can of Crushed Tomatoes *half can of Pineapple *1,5dl of Sweet Corn
Pre heat the oven to 200C. Cut fillet as you like and spread on the bottom of the oven dish. Mix Yogurt with Chilli Powder and chopped Garlic. Pour the souce over chicken and put to the oven for 30 minutes. Chop Peppers and Leek. Heat them on pan for few minutes and then add Crushed tomatoes. Mix it well, add Pineapple and Corn. Take from the stove. Add it to the oven dish and mix everything and put back to the oven. Make sure that it will be in the oven at least 50-60 min all together.
Serve with rice.
