Its time for our weekly "benefits of" post. chia seeds!!!! Thats right. Chia, just like what is in the chia pets. These are tiny little seeds that are gaining more and more popularity due to all the amazing health benefits that go along with eating them. Chia seeds are a nutrient dense food that go back as far as the ancient aztecs and was a staple of their diet. Here are just a few of the benefits of daily consumption of the chia!
