When I posted pictures of the Chia Pudding Mash I’ve been making after my workouts, so many of you wanted the “recipe”. So I finally gave in and posted the how-to, but you’ll have to go over to the Barry’s Bootcamp Blog, The Intel, to get it.
This was inspired by NYC-based Hu Kitchen’s Mash Bar . If you’re ever near Union Square, go check it out. For the times when I’m not in the neighborhood, I make it at home and it’s a favorite.
I even brought the concept to Chaise23 recently and it was a hit.
