Bride of the century, Chelsea Clinton 30, has spun her way into phenomenal shape, according to several sources who have sweated through spin classes with her at NC’s Soul Cycle workout studio.
The spinning mecca which has several Manhattan locations is a favorite of the super- toned and trim bride-to-be. Soul Cycle regulars report that Chelsea attends a 45 minute or one hour class almost every day of the week and has even been sighted doing double classes i.e. two classes in a row.
“She’s in amazing shape cardio-wise,” one fellow spin cyclist revealed to HollywoodLife.com, “she has incredible energy. And she’s unbelievably well-toned. she’s tiny though - I’d say, she’s about a size 2.”
In addition to her regular spinning at more than one of the Manhattan Soul Cycle locations, Chelsea has also been seen in the gym at the 5th Ave apartment building where she lives with fiance Marc Mezvinsky. “I’ve seen them in the gym together working out. Marc has a trainer — he’s very fit too, like Chelsea,” says another insider.
Chelsea is so much a part of the Soul cycle community that she even organized a fundraiser benefiting The Clinton Haiti Relief Fund (her dad’s) on Jan. 21. The 90-minute ride directed 100% of the proceeds to the relief organization, and was held at Soul Cycles’ Tribeca location.
To ride a front row bike required a $1000 donation, while bikes in rows further back could be had for $100 each.
How great is it that Chelsea has inherited a sense of “caring and giving back”, from her parents Bill andHillary. And now it’s clear why the fitness buff encouraged dad Bill to lose 15 lbs before the wedding -she wanted to whip him into shape too.
As the bride preps for her 400 guests and the wedding celebrations which begin tonight with a rehearsal dinner at the Grasmere Estate, in Rhinebeck, NY, she must be thanking the Lord for the stamina she now has thanks to her wildly intense workouts. She’ll need it - it will be a marathon of a wedding weekend!
