Sometimes blogging is exhausting. Generating ideas, research, experimenting with recipes, taking pictures, editing pictures, writing posts, getting good sources, coming up with catchy phrases and titles….it’s a lot of time and effort.
In light of that, I am only going to be blogging Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. I feel that this will give me a much needed break and provide consistency for you.
I was going to spend a lot of time on this post, but I got sucked into watching 4 episodes of Downton Abbey instead. Sorry. So, I will send you here to Oh She Glows for the recipe for this amazing dish (I didn’t have any kale on hand, so that’s why it’s not pictured). It is supremely delicious and totally worth doing! (Plus, you can get a big tub of pre-peeled and cubed butternut for like $5!!)
