Challenge Yourself to Foster Creativity

There is a lot that YOU can do to promote creativity within your organization. I challenge you to take one tip from this video and try and implement it within your immediate work group. I will join you in this challenge. Personally, I will be using the lesson from the "sketch your partner" activity and try to make an environment where people are NOT embarrassed by their work (or the notion of sharing it).
