This week I want to challenge all of my lovely followers to create an active summer bucket list. This is the best way to set goals and conquer them as well as try fun new activities.
Here’s mine; I will probably add to it as well as I find more things I want to try.
Stand Up Paddle Board in Deep Cove.
Do the Grouse Grind.
Do the Grouse Grind without stopping.
Kayak around Earl’s Cove.
Run around Stanley Park without stopping.
Bike Whistler With Confidence.
Do 1001 Steps two stairs at a time.
Do 1001 steps 5 times.
Learn to do and master 2 arms only balancing yoga poses.
