Cereal is the perfect food. It's great for breakfast and even better for a bedtime snack. You can also make a nutritious trail mix for a late morning or afternoon snack. Some things to look for in a box of cereal. Make sure the cereal has at least 3 grams of fiber, the word whole, do not eat cereal that has more than 10 grams of sugar, add fresh fruit, raisins or low fat yogurt to satisfy your sweet tooth.
