Celebrate Christmas With Healthy Choices

Christmas is fast approaching and my weight loss goals are far yet to come true. I need to lose weight because I will gain more weight when I start attending different Christmas parties. Me and hubby will attend the Christmas party at my work on January 17, and I need to lose weight so I will look good on the dress I am planning to wear.

This have been my problem everytime I attend parties with so much foods infront of me. I need to learn how to control myself on this bad habits of eating too much when at the party. Christmas party is fun but I need to focus on choosing healthy foods instead of food high in fats and cholesterol.

I might also throw a small Christmas party at home with few friends, but I will be preparing healthy choices instead of those traditional Christmas Food high if fats. But I will still have those food that kids always love. I am glad that my cousin ask me to get some Christmas ideas and recipes at Celebrations.com. I just love the ideas I got from them especially on drinks that I will prepare for my guest. They have eggnog recipes to cocktails with peppermint, nutmeg and cinnamon. I will try doing their hot drink recipes on my party. Their party tips is very helpful too.
