We munched on the carp with some assorted multigrain crackers for a little while until we made the discovery that carp indeed equalled crap.  These fish are bottom feeders and they sure do taste like it! My first comment was how the fish tasted like the bottom of a stinky lake. It was then Casey decided to share with me that carp are bottom feeders. Yum. I think it's safe to say neither of us will be eating carp ever again.  Gulp! |

Casey and I brought out some smoked carp tonight for dinner because: a) we were being adventurous, and b) I was too exhausted to cook anything.
Casey tore into the carp and pulled out all of the sword-sized bones from the filet.
