Directions:Make quinoa according directions. Bring 1 cup of water to a boil and add 1/2 cup quinoa. Cook for about 12-15 minutes until all water is absorbed. The secret is to cook on low heat to achieve the right texture. Allow quiona to cool before adding the rest of the ingredients. Add salt and pepper to your liking with a quick toss of olive oil and your dish is complete.
