can i use a glycerin suppository while taking anti-biotics and dicyclomine?

Am taking anti-bioticsSMZ/TMP ( sulfamethoxazole) and Dicylomine for a diagnosed stomach virus or infection, i am only having one very small yellow bowel movement a day, can i use a glycerin suppository safely with those?
