Calories – BURNED!

WOW!  What a workout!

Last night I decided that I couldn’t avoid the New Years Resolution crowd any longer and headed to the gym!

I got there at around 4:40pm and hopped on the Recumbent Bike (because it was literally the only machine available) for 35 minutes.  Then the friend I was meeting arrived and we jumped on the elliptical until two treadmills side by side were available.  After about 40 minutes on the treadmills we headed over and did some ab work! 

Before I knew it I had worked out for 2 hours and I was STARVING!  I headed home for a tuna sandwich and some cuddle time with my favourite puppy!

I don’t know what is on the agenda for tonight’s workout or dinner….
