I used a natural peanut butter which is perfect for baking because I don’t like it so much on it’s own, but you definitely can’t tell with these. Even if you’re not a huge coconut fan The flavor isn’t too strong and you probably wouldn’t notice.

I popped these babies in the freezer and now they’re a perfect on the go snack! yum I think I’ll try the chocolate ones sometime this week too!
Anyone have else have some healthified recipes? I swear these kinda give me that cookie fix but in a healthy way! Ever ran into some interesting wild life while running or exercising outside?
