I have been on vacation since Wednesday and I am guilty for eating unhealthy foods. Spring is here and I promised myself that I will start losing more weight before summer. Vacation leave leads me to laziness and unfocus on eating the right foods. I am not sure if I can lose another 10 pounds before summer but I will certainly try my very best.
I am thinking of taking weight loss pills to speed up my metabolism. But something is telling me behind my back to do my best in losing weight without taking any medication since I already lost 20 pounds without it. I will try to lose weight for the month of April, but if May comes in and I am not even half way of losing 10 pounds by July, I might start looking for an effective weight loss pills .
It's hard to know which best weight loss pills to take since there are so many diet pills that is being market on and off the internet. So I will do a research before taking any diet pills. I just need to boost my metabolism.
