Each 1/4 cup serving is 65 calories, 3.5 grams of protein, 16 grams of carbs

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup dry brown rice
  • 2 cups Unsweetened Almond Dream
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup egg substitute
  • 1/2 tsp pure stevia
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
