Broccoli and Cheese Stuffed Baked Potato
Posted Apr 23 2009 12:53am
Wash a large baking potato and rub the skin with a little olive oil and add a pinch of sea salt.
Wrap the potato in aluminum foil and put into the oven on 350 for around an hour.
Steam some fresh broccoli and set aside.
Take potato out of oven, split, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Top the potato with fresh steamed broccoli and sprinkle with some white cheddar.
Pop the stuffed potato into the microwave or oven to melt the cheese.
Ummmm. Good Stuff.
