breathe, give gratitude, affirm, and believe: mind-body affirmations

When we can really feel the deep gratitude and love, when we can breathe with our meals, when we can AFFIRM the health qualities of them, our bodies will respond in an extremely, mind-boggling, beautiful and positive way.
If we, on the other hand, question our meals, eat in a hurry, disengage from the body while eating- we will experience things such as digestive distress, low energy, and we won’t be able to tell when we are really full.
So, I invite you to be a mind-body eater. I invite you to eat with a purpose. Intake life energy with so many affirmations, so much positivity, and so much love- that your body follows right along.
