Michael has swim lessons this morning, so I wasn’t sure if I’d get to do a post.
But after eating breakfast, I knew that I absolutely had to tell you all about what I had.
It all came from this little packet.
When I was shopping at Whole Foods with Kirsten on Sunday afternoon, I decided to pick up something new and different (and easy to make!) to have for breakfast in the mornings because I’ve been in a bit of a breakfast rut.
I was so intrigued when I saw the Cocomama Banana Cinnamon Quinoa Cereal and just knew that I had to buy it. There were some other flavors as well, but at $2.99 a pouch, I figured that I should buy one first and make sure that I actually liked it.
To say that I “liked” it would be an understatement. I flat out love this stuff and wish that I had a lifetime supply of it sitting in my pantry.
This flavor truly tastes like banana bread in a bowl. I also added a few slices of banana for a little extra something.
It was so convenient to prepare too. All I had to do was pop the pouch in the microwave for 20 seconds- a dream come true for a mommy of an active baby.
If you find this cereal in your local health food store, definitely pick up as many as your budget will allow!
I’m also going to do some work in the kitchen to see if I can replicate the amazing-ness. I’ll report back to you if I’m successful.
