Bodybuilders vegan diet

Breakfast
2 Whole wheat toast
2tsp peanut butter
1 scoop soy protein
8fl oz water

Post workout
1/2 cup oats
1-2 tbs peanut butter
1 scoop soy protein
8fl oz soy milk

Lunch
2 whole wheat bread
1tbs hummus
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup pineapple

Snack 2
1/2 cup oats
1 scoop soy protein

Dinner
Tofu extra firm (grilled, seasoned in soy sauce.)
1/2 cup brown rice
1 cup spinach

Try the diet one day and see if you like it. Other proteins consist of soy beans and other beans. It’s something different, you don’t have to be a vegan to try new diets. Who knows you may even like the diet and become one. I myself am not a vegan, but I became very curious and came up with a sample of the animal lovers diet
