Lately I haven’t had the motivation to go running, and have been looking for different routines to do for workouts. I came across the Body Rock Fitness Test, and decided to give it a try. This workout is from the February 30 Day Challenge. I haven’t even looked to see if they have one more recent. I was really excited that I found this one, and it included one of my favorites - burpees - so I just had to do it!
I completed the eight exercises for 50 seconds with a 10 second rest in between each exercise. I don’t have an interval timer, so I just downloaded one on my phone!
Here are the exercises, and my results:
Squat Jumps - 35
Push-Ups - 16regular/10 on my knees
Burpees - 17
High Knees - 109
Switch Lunges - 22
Tuck Jumps - 22
Straight Abs - 25
I was completely out of breath, sucking for air. It felt good to get my heart rate up! The eight exercises were all a challenge, especially because I was trying to do them fast, and correct. I can’t wait to do this workout again, or another great workout from Body Rock!
