Body composition

We look at our bodies and critise ourselves because we think we are mostly fat. The average human body actually consists of 60% water, 15% fat, 6% minerals, 1.5% carbs and 1% vitamins. With the body consisting of 2/3 water it is no wonder that humans can go days without food, but only a few days without Water.

Hydration is very important for our body so drdietright recommends that you remember those 8 glasses a day!
