I came across this great blog post today about managing our fear of change or stepping outside our comfort zone. All of us can relate to this in some way whether it is fear of public speaking, fear of meeting new people, fear of starting a new health program or fear of doing something new / different at home or work. We all strive to stay within our comfort zones - understandable as it is human nature to choose the path of least resistance but if we stay in these comfort zones for too long, we hinder our personal growth...
