Black Bean Brownie Bites (Gluten & Sugar Free)

I tried my hand at baking some brownies tonight, using black beans. I am sure you have seen them around.
I am so surprised at how nice the flavor and texture is! They are 100% clean and allergy friendly.
Black Bean Brownie BitesWF/GF/SF1 15 oz can drained, and well rinsed Black Beans
2 Tbs. Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa Powder
1/2 cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats (or oat flour)

1 Tbs. ground Flax Seed
1/4 tsp. Salt
6 dates, softened in hot water, optional
3 packets SweetLeaf Stevia
1/4 cup unsweetened Apple Sauce

3 Tbs. 100% Liquid Egg Whites
1 Tbs. unsweetened Flax milk
2 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 Tbs. Cacao Nibs

 Preheat oven to 350. Line and lightly grease 8x8 baking pan. Using a food processor, combine all of the ingredients, except for the cacao nibs. Blend until smooth. Stir in cacao nibs. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Allow the brownies to cool briefly before cutting them into 1" squares.
