That puts me in third place among my coworkers, yay!
Okay, so I know it's pretty much impossible that I lost seven pounds of "real" weight in the course of one workweek. But! I worked really really hard this week. I exercised every day - 60 minutes of personal training on Monday, a quick 20 minute elliptical on Tuesday, 75 minutes of spinning class on Wednesday, and 60 minutes of kickboxing class last night. And my calorie intake Tues.-Weds.-Thurs. averaged out around 1500 calories a day.
So I think maybe I can hold onto those seven pounds! Especially since my first weigh-in was inflated by a huge lunch and a ton of water, and from now on I'll be weighing in before I even have breakfast. Strategy, my friends.
