Berry Cherry Smoothie

Ingredients:

• 1 frozen cherry flavoured snack-sized yogurt
• 6 frozen strawberries
• 5-6 ice cubes
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
• 1 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
• water (to help blend)

Defrost the yogurt for about 30s in the microwave until you can just slide it out of the container. Combine with all other ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
