Ben’s Birthday Mamma Chia Giveaway

Today is a very special day and I started it with an 8 mile run. My legs are tired though, so I ignored pace and just knocked out the miles.

Then, I came home to make Ben breakfast. It’s his birthday!!!

I love this guy more than I thought I would ever love anyone and I can’t believe that he loves me back too. I’m a very lucky girl.

So, I wanted to wish Ben a very big, very public Happy Birthday and tell you why he rocks…

1. He is more passionate about life that anyone I’ll ever know.
2. Despite his passion for life, he doesn’t take things too seriously and can laugh at himself.
3. He’s big and strong and manly, like a big ol’ Grizzly bear (hence the nickname “Grizz”)
4. I am not a football widow even though he played ball all growing up.
5. He ran a 5k this year without any prodding from me.

I quickly made a messy breakfast for myself because I had sneaky plans to accomplish this morning. That’s a bowl of oats with pumpkin and yogurt stirred in, plus rice cereal and sunflower seed butter.

Then, I snuck off to buy donuts and deliver them to Ben ’s work . He was embarrassed, but hopefully also happy. I mean, who isn’t happy when they’re eating a donut?!

Along with his birthday breakfast Ben enjoyed the last Mamma Chia drink and I stole a few sips. This is the cranberry lemonade the lemon flavor is super subtle.I think this was my favorite one! I think he likes them more than me!
