Good Morning Friends! Or Afternoon if you are catching up later in the day!
Last night at CrossFit I had a great night; for the first time I actually felt like a CrossFitter. See I usually feel like someone who wants to be a CrossFitter; someone who wants to be fit and in shape but never will. I often dream big with little results. That’s Megan the girl who never follows through with anything; the girl who quits every diet; the girl who always wants but never does but last night as I was back squating I truly believed I could do this. I was proud of myself for how far I have come; proud of myself for sticking to CrossFit but most proud that I believed in myself.
It takes a lot for me to admit I am proud of myself but I am. I often compliment others but rarely compliment myself. I want each and every one of you to tell me why you are proud of yourselves!
Yesterday at CrossFit was a Retest! We did this workout a few weeks ago and our coach wanted us to see our improvement!

In Other News
I signed up for the NJ Half Marathon! Over the next few days I am going to create a training plan that incorporates running and CrossFit. My previous PR for a 1/2 Marathon is 2:23 and my goals is to finish in under 2:10!
