Beer and Mustard Marinade

1 bottle (12 oz) or larger beer
3 scallions, white and green parts, chopped
1/4 cup whole grain mustard
1/4 cup molasses (not blackstrap)
2 tbsp canola oil
1 tsp coarse salt
1 tsp hot red pepper sauce

Whisk ingredients together, pour into large, resealable bag, add cops and refrigerate. Remove chops discard marinade and cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees f with a 3 minute rest.
